Hi Kathy and welcome to you and Shooter. I remember his story, it was first posted in our Rescue section I believe when he was first found.
I am so happy he has a forever home with you. I can't give you any advice about his leg's as I have never seen anything like this before. He sure is a sweet looking baby.
