Luckily I saved and I have over 30 pages of emails between she and I ; I really thought I had found a good breeder we corresponded for about 4 months I think it was before I got Elvis, the original sales listing for him, and copies of her original web site, and a paper trail of Elvis' medical needs, he's seen 5 vets since being with me to get multiple opinions and testing, ER vet visits etc, including the 48 vet check showing the condition he arrived in, I really wished I had recorded her phone calls with me but that would have been illegal....
There also are the numerous complaints already listed with the AKC, animal control, and actually the air port he was sent out of took pictures and noted Elain attempted to send him is such a small kennel they refused to allow it-she had to purchase one that didn't force him to lay down-they notated it and I received the report later...I had no idea until I received the report from the kennel. I paid an extra fee to have a contracting kennel care for my dog as I did have him shipped from DE to TX then TX to CA...I'll never do that again...not just because the ship issues but buying across state lines is a mess if something goes wrong! |
Please do attempt to Sue me..I keep reading it and I am looking forward to it, as you have told so many lies on this site that my head is spinning..I did indeed offer you a replacement pup, and did not ship (the puppy i supposedly had to talk you into accepting, and elsewhere on this site you claim to have refused because it might be ill too, which is it?) because as i stated you never followed through with the documentation tho i see you have made multiple statements on this site claiming to have sent me additional paperwork and having proof with a UPS tracking number (which i have asked you to send or post here) and claim to have pics i sent of mommies in cages (which I never sent and i've also asked you to send me or post here) and you have not, because they don't exist. You told me you would not be taking him to a specialist for some time due to vet telling you he needed to be stabilized, etc before more testing, yet you wanted me to send the puppy and would furnish paperwork later. This is why the change, no other reason as you are well aware.
As for this posting of multiple complaints with AKC, and Animal Control, I will be contacting both to see just what you might be referring to..and as for the last statement about the airport situation, complete LIE, as you know I am the one who informed you that I had to get a larger kennel because when he stood his ears were touching the top and could not send him in his regular kennel that he was used to sleeping in at night. I paid an addtl $95 and had him shipped no problem, but made you aware of this myself, not any airline attendant and you did not have him kenneled as I shipped him to you in Sacramento (actually to your Aunts in her name as you stated she lived 5 mins from the airport) as you requested as she was picking him up for you remember, or where you lying to me about this? And you drove down to her that night..So how did he get to TX and you have to kennel him if he was shipped to CA?? Reading your post you are now stating he went to TX, was kennel independently and they later sent you pictures?? More BS!!! So many lies, I am loosing track. And yes I have all my emails and information and will be contacting various authorities you claim to have information from. In your threats you claimed to have taped all our calls as well, now I wish you had though now you're saying you only wish you had, "but that would have been illegal" so which is it? Your entire last paragraph is a total LIE from beginning to end. The only true state you've made above is that his initial vet check found evidence of some pinworms. That is true as I saw the vet report. This I admit and took full responsibility for (and never blamed you or your dogs as you've posted on this forum also). And I believe he must have Epilepsy tho this was inconclusive that last time we spoke..Every other statement is a complete and total fabrication!!! Every one.
And based on all the false statements you've made and posted all over the internet, I should be the one suing you!!! And if not for the time, aggravation and expense I would be doing just that...though believe me, I have not ruled out the possibility either. So again, please do and save me the trouble.
