Maybe try posting in the breeders section. You know, where the breeders hang out.
Are they AKC? If so, they can be sold on a limited registration so if they are bred the litter can't be registered, which devalues the puppies in theory. Or, I think you can hold the registration papers until proof of spay/neuter is submitted. Just a start!
