Often times someone will google a problem they are having and end up finding YT. They post here for the first time and get responses that come across pretty harsh. This often scares them away as they come here for help but instead get chastised. I hope we all feel that this is not what we want. This site offers a wealth of information from experienced owners. I see nothing wrong with educating in a way that comes across as helpful. If they feel like they are being put down personally, they won't stay. Keep in mind that there is a furbaby that can only benefit from an educated owner. Please respond in such a way that will keep these newbies wanting to come back without being afraid of what they will read. |
