What is important to remember is we all have the right to voice our opinion.
If we see something we feel is wrong we must/should say something so the others who are reading this thread will also learn. If we don't say anything we are accepting or condoning something we think is wrong. I agree how it is said is important too.
The op had a situation that if she could go back in time would be different. We all can go hmmm how could it have been different, thus putting out information that could help others who are reading this.
If I ever have female who is in heat I now KNOW not to even THINK about taking her out... lesson learned from the op. I thank the op for sharing this info.
I am also glad.. when all is said and done.. it appears because the op has made the decision to have the pups she is taking steps to help her female. That is really what is MOST important now.
