My Tinkerbell is on Denamarin from the vet, it comes in 3 sizes. She's 14 pounds so she takes one tablet of the Medium on an empty stomach once daily an hour before a meal after fasting all night. It contains the active ingredients in milk thistle and Sam-E, and helps with cleansing toxins from the liver, and liver cell regeneration. She does not have liver cancer, so I would ask the vet before using anything...
