I bought a Shark Lift Away Pro-Steam Pocket Mop today.
My problem is while mopping, the steam setting light starts blinking and it stops making steam. I can push the button again to get it back on setting but it will work for a minute and then go back to standby setting.
Then, I was able to finish the floors with no problems...
What am I doing wrong? DH came in and took over and had no problem
Am I not holding it upright enough? or moving it too fast?
I called the customer service line
and got no help what so ever.
