For those of you who use harnesses... do you keep them on your baby all the time? We rarely have a need for a leash, and so Penny has a collar right now. I'd like to get a harness for when we take her out because she pulls terribly, but I'm afraid if we leave it on her, she will mat. (Her fur mats horribly when she wears her sweater).
