Or you could buy a higher quality kibble and still give them some Cesar mixed in every now and then (I do this on occasion, maybe 3x a month).

I don't personally like Royal Canin either. I think it's highly over-priced for what it is. It's got corn, among other questionable ingredients. However, some Yorkies do perfectly on it and it's definitely better than Beneful.

My fav kibbles are Acana (Champion Pet Foods) and Go! (Petcurean Pet Foods).... both of those are made in Canada. But other options available at Petco/Petsmart are Natural Balance, Wellness, Solid Gold, Merrick, etc.
