I voted yes because Kricket at 2 yrs old was just a hair under 5 pounds. Now she's over. I don't consider her a tiny either. I think the range you put is not accurate cosidering you breed less than 4 pounds if I recall correctly. If not, I stand corrected.
I would NEVER breed something that's 4.5 pounds or less. If I did breed something 4.75 pounds again it would be at the discretion of my vet.
