Well of course it was. Why else would you have the dog x-rayed before a heat? When first read, I was was willing to offer condolences and well-wishes to the poster--I think I am glad I held off. I pray (yes, sometimes I DO pray) that the dog has a healthy delivery/c-section. In my opinion, I would be nervous too--for ANY dog carrying 5 pups, regardless of size. But, the issue is not what bothers me most, it is the fact that it seems to be a deliberate plant. 1st you are concerned and scared, then you don't care and make it seem planned all along? I just don't get it. I think this was posted to deliberately draw all of us--the "clique," the "inner circle," WHATEVER we are being called these days--into a debate. Well, purpose served...happy now? Funny...this "elite clique" keeps coming up in all of these threads and put down for nothing more that expressing our concern for the health and well-being of these little guys, but let me ask you this: What is more outrageous, the fact that we are quick to defend tinies and stand up for them, or the fact that there are people who deliberately try to cause an argument?
I wondered if I was looked on as a "member" of this "select few" often mentioned. I think it should be obvious now that I probably am. I am appreciative that my fellow "partners in crime" did not make me drink the cerimonial Virgin Yorkie Blood and do the ritualistic dance of the Boom-Boom tree.... geez, give me a break! I am quite happy that MY outlook and concern for this breed is indeed shared by so many others here.
