If the OP doesn't have funds for the needed testing and treatment, the ONLY way the pup is going to get better is if she surrenders to rescue. That's what happened with Katie. Her original owner could not afford to treat her UTI which turned to crystals, then bladderstones, in turn could not afford her surgery. When I picked up Katie, we got her to the vet the very next day to begin her healing process. Her owner did neglect her while she had her, but in the end she did what was best for her dog, bc she loved Katie enough to realize she could not take care of her anymore, and let her go. Katie is know a very healthy, happy, well taken care of yorkie, who would have otherwise died from a very painful and slow death.
