There is no website that has list of whelping coaches...
I usually don't use a heating pad as I prefer the pups to gravitate towards mom and each other for body warmth. Remember when pups are first whelped you will have the entire room at about 82-85 degrees. Using a heating pad can cause dehydration. ....If need be I use a heating lamp about 1 foot to a foot and half above the whelping box.
