Josie is about that size and did not hardly have any. I have no advice except to tell you the diaper will not keep him from her if you are not around 24/7. I tried the diaper, he would bite it off. I tried seperating, he would climb the fence. I finally had them both fixed on her 2nd or 3rd day.
Only thing I would suggest is to call your vet on the amount of bleeding. If you don't want babies get her spayed. They can do it while she is in heat. They may charge a little extra cause of the blood. So my vet said. It was only like $25.00 more. |
