My little guy was 2.2 lbs when he was put under anesthesia. I was a nervous wreck till I saw him. He literally acted as though nothing had happened when I picked him up. I wouldn't worry too much about her being put under anesthesia and emergency spayed. Your dog can handle it! You really have to think real hard if you want her to go through whelping puppies that may be too big and chance losing her. What I have learned on YT is that the breeders here...............know more than my vet about breeding and whelping these tiny dogs!!!
