What are their teeth supposed to look like before a first dental cleaning. The pups both have a mild tarter on their teeths that usually a good toothbrush and some chewing cleans mostly up. At what age do they normally get a dental cleaning?

Also Sadie's gums have brown almost black parts to them rather than just pink all over? Is that bad and what is it? Never noticed it before on here until today.
