i tried to pee pad train princess for a long time then gave up to teach her to go outside. it was after all this that i heard a great tip. if she would pee in the house (since i wanted her trained on both) i would soak it up with a pad, take her to it, let her sniff it then go on my "good girl, go potty" rant about 50 times. she learned so quick that her pee on the pad was awesome, and i've done the same with poop. maybe this will work for you, too. and again, praise is everything! these puppies are little pleasers & when princess gets praised for something you can see it just makes her day.
