I just googled for some good instructions...and they all kinda stink. It's really easy to do - but all the directions I found were reallllly wordy. Try this link, and go about 1/2-way down or so - and you'll see a spot where you can 'expand' defrag intstructions, depending on what system you're using (ie, Windows XP, Windows Vista etc).
