If someone can't figure out that they need to put a gate up to protect their baby from running out, then there is a serious issue. She also said that he was gone for over an hour I'm sorry I just don't get it. As for the person in the wheelchair.. it is of course not his fault that the baby gets out. It is his caregivers fault. She should do something with the dog before she opens the door. It is just common sense... hello???
