The reason it was fractured?? Because he kept getting out and running down the street and the owner told me that one day "the inevitable happened". Made me want to scream, but I took him and left without a word. It was only "inevitable" because she CHOSE to be irresponsible. HE did not make the choice.
Ladyjane, I'm so glad that you're giving that baby some much needed love and medical attention! I also noticed that his name is Rookie. There is a yorkie on YouTube named Rookie and was wondering if he could be the same dog. It is just not that common a name is why I asked.
