It's against the rules for any YT member to solicit for funds for a member. Only the rescue organizations are allowed to ask for financial help.

The OP stated that she had gained over 2 pounds. Would that happen with a false pregnancy?
Playing devil's advocate here, but why should the groomer be responsible for costs? If anyone other than the OP should be financially responsible, wouldn't it be the owner of the un-neutered male dog? Can a groomer reasonably be expected to keep two dogs apart while he/she is busy grooming other dogs? A tie can occur even if the dogs are separated by cages. It seems to me that ultimately it was the responsibility of the OP to not bring the dog in while she was in heat. It would also seem to me that it would be pretty difficult to prove that the tie happened at the groomers short of DNA testing all the potential father's that were there that day (not a cheap process). Like I said, Devil's Advocate.
