Put the cat dish up high. My yorkie was the same way. Zoey almost starved. Brandi was eating all her food and I didn't even noticed it until I saw Brandi eating out of it. Now Zoey's dish is up on a cart that Brandi can't get too. Now all she does is constantly check the floor around Zoey's dish to see if she dropped any food.
