Oh that's scary...I'd consider that special needs with food and be sure to give little meals between or whatever it took to prevent this...

They know they just have to hold out one second longer than you. Are you giving her any treats during the day between meals? Yorkie puppies are so tiny, and their stomachs the size of a golf ball, one or two bites of treats between mealtimes will fill them up and they won't be hungry.
