Lucy's eye shine is green. That's one (though not the only) reason I've thought she has a silky coat. Although, I'm beginning to think it's more likely that she has a combination coat, because the hair on the very top of her head gets crimped at the roots. It's very weird. At the tips it smooths out, but at the root... A kinky mess! Also she does have shine, especially in low light... But it doesn't really shine like a true silk's does. I do think that the white colored roots that are transitioning from the dark blue color appear to be silkier in texture. It's just sort of hard to say right now. But if she keeps up with the light color she's turning now, I think she'll end up looking more like a Maltese (completely white!) than a Yorkie!
