I am so sorry for You and Your situation. And in a way I understand Your feelings. I'm sure things will work outonce You get Your Puppy and He's healthy and I'm sure He's going to be so happy in a Home who loves Him as much as You already do. My Only concern is He's being taken from His mother early. But only because My Little Mitsi came to Me at just seven or eight weeks after She was born. I was a first time Yorkie buyer and I did not know anybetter. But all I knew is I picked Her up and She looked at Me like We were supposed to Meet and I had to have Her. She is still a little tricky learning to potty in the right places and She Loves other Dogs but Her socal skills arnt the best. But She is improving so its possiable to correct the early seperation. I wish You all the best and am super excited to see pictures of Nicco when You get Him!!
