My vet said that was a minor bacterical skin infection...dogs lay on the ground, grass, etc get pee on themselves...
USe Chlorhexaderm shampoo and it will go away in a few weeks...
PS..licking can cause it too..bacteria in the mouth...not just yours..all of us.
