Default Crying in middle of the night- 1 yrs old

This last month I haven't gotten the best sleep. A month ago, Winnie who is 1 years old, got sick and when she would whine in the night I would let her outside so she wouldn't poop or pee in her kennel. Now she is better but she caught on that if she whines that I will get up.

Now she will whine and I tell her to be quiet. But she will continue. This will start about 1 hour before I get up. Before all this she would sleep until my alarm went off. This isn't the case any more. I am getting less and less sleep becaue of this. I do not want to get up and let her out. She should be able to hold this as she has in the past.

My other thinking is that she wants to lay in bed with us. I know that she likes it. I let her lay with me until my boyfriend comes to bed. Then she gets put in her kennel. I hope I didn't start anything.

I really need to find out what to do. I can't keep waking up at 4 or 5 am with her whining and me yelling to her to be quiet. I do not want to get up and let her out nor do i want to punish. Can someone please help.
