Does that mean, for example, if the visit is 150.00, I cover the 50.00, then they will pay me back up to 90.00? I am sorry if this is so confusing! I just want to make sure I am understanding this. The website can say all kinds of things, but I like to hear about it from someone who has this coverage, and has had to use it. If you do, how much have they actually repaid you in the past? Just curious! Thanks alot in advance if anyone responds! |
Not sure about this pet insurance company.. Is this a 50 deductible per year or per vist???
Human insurance the 50 deductible means you pay the first 50 out of your pocket per year and you then you pay the 10% of remaining balance on the bill ..
if they pay 90%..
150.00 dollars vet bill
-50 your deduct
100.00 left on bill
insurance pays 90% - 90.00 insurance pays
--------
leaves you to pay 10.00
So your total bill would be
50 deduct + 10.00 = 60.00
Hope this help..Sherry
