I can understand the deposit because pets can do alot of damage to rental property, but that yearly rent fee is ridiculously high and that's non-refundable money!
As I was shoveling the 5inches of ice/snow mix from my driveway today I was wondering why I bought a smaller house when my kids went away to college and didn't move into a condo where all the outside work is taken care of. Thanks for reminding me why!

I like being able to do what I want on my own property.
