Sometimes I take a papertowel tube and cut it in half. (Toilet paper tube would do.) I stuff a rubber ball in one end, put in a treat and then block the other end with a small stuffed toy. Copper loves to get the treat out. If the paper tube gets torn up in the process, that is part of the fun.
