I had my smallest yorkie oakley castrated this morning. It has been so long since my oldest Chaco got fixed so I was just curious on this.

I brought Oakley home at about 4 and I just now got enough courage to look at his surgical area (his jewels) and I noticed that like the testicals are gone but the sack that holds them in place is still there. It kind of looks like they just deflatted. I would call his vet but it is too late, their gone home. So I figured yall could maybe help. Is it normal for them to look like this?
