Both of my pups are chipped, I have never been able to feel my Shi-Poohs but can feel Maci's. At her 12 week visit I asked my vet why I could feel it and if it was normal where it was placed. He said it was a bit high up, either it was implanted there or it moved but it is harmless and as she ages and puts some weight on we won't know it is there. I was able to transfer ownership with a minimal fee for both of my dogs. I feel it is a benefit for all. I read the deleted instructions and felt sick just reading it. |
