Please do not post instructions on how to perform at-home surgical interventions on a dog.
Removing *any* foreign body that is INSIDE OF a dog should be done by a Vet.
Not to mention that the way in which you described the "ease" of removing this item from the body, doesn't even make physiological sense in terms of how the skin works and how scar tissue is developed. It would not be 'painless' or safe. Please do not post this information again.
