Ham can be very dangerous, and combined with the cheese...
Keep a very close eye on him now. Any vomiting or diarrhea, I would be at the vet immediately.
I agree with Karen ^^, you need to be extra cautious. A food incident like this one can be deadly, or it can your pup extremely ill and cost you a couple thousand dollars in vet bills.
