Now please forgive me I didn't mean wack in the crazy sense, but in the quirky sense.....Do, I think she's a bit lacking in Yorkie education, certainly. Do I feel that she's attempting to get a rise out of us, sure. Just don't play into it.
Now if she did indeed remove that microchip for whatever reason....well that is animal abuse and if there is any possible way to prove it....she should be turned in.
