this is animal abuse IMO and if i knew where to find her i would turn her in so fast. i know in what area she lives though. SHAME on her!! that is the most cruel thing i've heard in a long while.
and what reason would she have for removing it unless she has stolen that dog or is doing something wrong that she doesn't want the breeder to know about
