Molly is 14 months old and is pad trained. She has had no accidents in a month.
We started potty bootcamp about a month and a half ago.
I set the timer on the stove to go off every hour.
When it went off, she was brought to her pad and stayed there until she went.
She was rewarded with a little treat and lots of praise. The trick is to be consistent. Set the timer and no matter what you are doing take dog to the pad.
Once the dog goes consistently every hour lengthen the time by 15 minutes increments. Stay on the time schedule for a week at a time.
We only wait about 3 hours at the longest before we take her in.

We still watch Molly closely and when she goes in by herself, she gets extra love and a slightly bigger treat.

Don't give up. You must be consistent.

We were inconsistent (lazy) in the beginning.

P.S. We started out with two pad holders side by side until she was going on her own frequently. She is now down to one.
Also, she will only pee on her pad about four or five times until she wants it changed.
