Admin doesn't sell the ad space. It's part of google advertising. The webcrawlers pick up on keywords and match ads to those words. Google is the one you need to complain to.
On a related note- sometimes you get some pretty hilarious ads popping up based on something someone writes in a thread. I've even had a v*i*a*g*r*a (obscuring the word because I don't want the ad to pop up again!) ad show up on a page where somebody was talking about mating
