I'm not sure but in the Behavior section you could find out about that, I'll bet. I've heard it said that it is just an attempt by one male to sort of show his macho to another dog and others think it is an attempt at dominance. I've read that in certain circumstances, the attempted urinator can get his comeuppance from the urinatee - and can get seriously injured. Can depend on the urinatee. With a Yorkie, I would firmly take control of that situation as your baby could get hurt if the Chow is not a pussycat. My very best advice would be to read up on that behavior and watch those two together.
