Not that anyone is "stepping on my toes" but before you pass judgement you should know all the details. I have bred dogs before and was very successful. It has been several years and I just could not remember the day that the female would be ready. We did not want to miss this opportunity. I have done a lot of reading. We are not breeding for "show" dogs. We have a couple of friends who want a puppy just to love. My daughter who has the female lives 150 miles from me. She called tonight that she has gone into heat. This is her second heat and now we are trying to coordinate our days to get the dogs together as I have the male. I have read several different articles and was hoping that someone could give me some first hand information.
