To ease your mind, I would get her into the vet and have him check her. An x-ray maybe in order.....
According to your previous posts your girl is on day 57 or 58 so a couple of more days in the oven is only for the better.
One question when you stand her is her spine dominately visible....the upper half of her sides a bit more slab sided. It could very well be that the espisode yesterday were the pups dropping and getting ready.
