Any more suggestions? Has anyone been in this unique predicament before?
Thanks again for everyones help and support and in return for your help here's another action shot of her playing with casey's toy (which is about a big as she is): |

  How old is she?
Unfortunately this is not a unique predicament. Yorkies can be difficult to potty train.
We got Camden at 2 1/2 yrs old and she had been kept in either a kennel or a building her whole life. She didn't have a clue about potty training.
It takes a lot of patience and positive training, and consistency.
Good luck!
