I just checked mine, it's a Kenmore. I pushed Conv Bake and set temp to 350, hit start and it automatically lowered the temp to 325 and the fan came on instantly and stays on the entire time.

Now, my manual indicates to use Conv Bake for meats, food dishes but not recommended for cookies, cakes, etc.
