They asked me that too!!!! LOL. I laughed into the phone. I know more about my oven than they do, and the guy today told me "You are welcome to look it up in your owners manual. You got one with your oven."
I'm a moron apparently. Calling customer service is the first thing I do...troubleshooting?? What's that??
