Thank you Sammy Mommy. Check out my page, I just posted a few more pics of the pups and Mama last night. I took Shelby's temp 100.8 (normal if not a bit low). Then I called the emergency vet and they said as long as she's not having trouble breathing and is behaving normally then just to keep an eye on her. She is eating, nursing, having regular BMs, so I guess it's just due to all the trauma her poor little body went through. Thanks for the replies, I appreciate the feedback.
