day three update... She is very frustrating, there is still no rhyme or reason behind her bathroom habits even with a schedule. We get up at 8, find that she usually has peed in her crate, carry her outside (if we put her down inside it's instant peeage) and then she stands there like "what am i supposed to do here?". Pee pads are no better. She seems to love peeing inside so we figured we would try those... all she does is move them around the house and then pee on the carpet. According to some quick research and a few phone calls, apparently, to my dismay, she was crate kept her entire life, so she was never potty trained at all beyond, "i can go when i want because my crate gets cleaned every day".
Any more suggestions? Has anyone been in this unique predicament before?
