You can always try over the counter treatments but treatments from the vet honestly aren't that expensive. Also, just b/c he has tapeworms might not be the ultimate reason he'sdragging his booty on the floor. Usually, that is a sign of his anal glands needing to be expressed or allergies. If it's allergies though he'd be doing it all the time. Hope that helps some!
