| I've never used it myself, but the trainer was using it on my father's two fox terriers and long haired dachsund to try to prevent them from jumping. If definitely worked. I'm in New York and my father is in California, so I didn't see it myself. She was spraying it in their mouth when they jumped, which I didn't like the sound of, but it is safe and it stopped their jumping. I just read some reviews and it doesn't deter some dogs. They will give you your money back if it doesn't work, so I guess you don't have anything to lose. It's water based instead of alcohol based, which I like. NaturVet Bitter Yuck!
