 Gizmo gets his stiches out on monday!
I had Gizmo neutered and his extra dew claws removed (they would get stuck in the carpet) almost 2 weeks ago. He is getting his stiches out on monday and i am getting nervous! Gizmo is really wiggly i hope they can get him to stay still so they can remove them. I was told a vet tech is the one that is going to be removing his stiches.... Do they know what to look for as far as if everythings healed and free of infection? Gizmo has been on amoxicillan for the last week and he will be done on friday.
Will Gizmo still have to wear his "lap shade" after the stiches and bandages are removed? Hes been sitting by the front door crying to go out and take him for a walk but with bandages on his back legs i can't. |
