I agree with everything you said, Yorkieshadow!
I also agree that Yorkies should not be purposely bred for tinies, but... it happens. I would rather that someone who is education about and who loves the breed adopt a tiny, than someone who simply wants the smallest dog possible. Unfortunately, many Yorkie lovers would not adopt tinies, and so they are left in homes where they are not properly cared for.
If I ever saw a tiny in need of a home where he or she would get the proper love and attention, I would bring him/her home. I would probably be a little nervous to post that I owned such a tiny Yorkie, but.. SOMEONE has to.
Many people would not be willing to pay extremely high medical bills, but most Yorkie lovers would. Except, Yorkie lovers are the exact people who are expected to know better than to but a tiny. Sigh. It is sort of a lose-lose situation. Tinies shouldn't be bred in the first place- but they are. I hope that no one takes this post the wrong way, this is just my opinion, and I don't mean to say that yours is wrong.
